Editing with Lightroom

This is my first attempt at using Adobe Lightroom for photo editing. In the past I just upload the pictures to my MacBook and used that photo editor. As my camera has improved the quality of pictures has also dramatically improved. I tried some auto settings, some light adjustments and some sharpening tools. The program has a lot of bells and whistles! I showed the before and the after. Some of the pictures included cropping as well.

Now I need to come up with a more organized file system. My Nikon D500 and Nikon D5600 both have snap bridge which allows me to directly send photos to my iPhone. This is amazing, but also means my iPhone photo folder is FULL of pictures. Not sure how to better organize the photos. I feel like I just keep making folders which is also getting confusing. Any suggestions? How are you keeping things organized?
